Stuart performed in the Public Theater's Emerging Writers Group Spotlight Reading Series. He played multiple roles (including a piece of Lava, a Tyrannosaurus rex, and a Weatherman at the end of the world) in Location, Location, Location!, written by Sukari Jones and directed by Liesl Tommy.
Stuart shoots a film with Rosario Dawson!
Stuart played a critical character in the short film Awake, written and directed by Hunter Richards from a story by Rebekah Paltrow, who stars in the film alongside Rosario Dawson, Sean Lennon, and Lynn Cohen. The film is in post-production with an aim towards Sundance.

Kevin Spacey invites Stuart to London!
Stuart was one of fifty young artists selected to participate in the Old Vic Theater's inaugural TS Eliot US/UK Exchange, a program to nurture the best young British and American theater practitioners.
Kevin Spacey, Artistic Director of The Old Vic said, “The TS Eliot US/UK Exchange shows The Old Vic’s dedication to encouraging transatlantic collaboration. These 100 young artists represent the most talented individuals who applied, and we hope that they will forge lasting creative partnerships across the Atlantic which will bear fruit for many years to come."
Selections were made from over 700 applicants by panels of senior industry practitioners from London and New York. US panelists included Liz Frankel and Maria Goyanes from The Public Theater; casting directors Will Cantler, Tara Rubin Associates and Daryl Eisenberg; producers Tina Fallon, Erika Feldman and Sam Levy; directors Ari Edelson and John Gould Rubin; and Literary Manager Annie MacRae.

Eve Best directs Stuart in Three Sisters!
Stuart starred as Andrey in a special New York run of Three Sisters, directed by Olivier Award Winner and Tony Award Nominee, Eve Best.
Just Knots wins at the Samuel French Festival!
Stuart starred in Just Knots, Christina Gorman's winning entry in the 2009 Samuel French Play Festival. The play was published in early 2010.
